Overview

Develop coaching skills to launch thriving, focused, and impactful DTS students.

DTS students can feel lost after graduation, but that doesn’t have to be the case. As a Student Journey Guide, you will be equipped to help students find their direction, navigate transition, and land in their next environment with focus, and impact.

We know that DTS students can go on to change the world, it hurts when they go home and flounder – or worse. What if each student found where they were called to serve, transitioned well, and created real kingdom impact in their next environment? As a Student Journey Guide, you can help make that happen.

Student Journey Guides play a unique role on a YWAM Campus. Unlike regular one on ones, a Student Journey Guide helps students learn to think for themselves, hear the Holy Spirit, and take responsibility for their lives. Using coaching skills they help students plan, prepare, and get excited about their future after DTS.
