Overview

Equipping leaders and teachers to engage the topics of our time.

Theological Ethics & Anthropology Seminar is built around a 2-week in person gathering
to give speakers, teachers, and leaders in YWAM a solid biblical and theological basis with
which to engage the topics of our time. We begin with the question of what humans as
image bearers of a Triune God are in order are to then think implicationally on what that
means for the issues of our current cultural moment.

This seminar will include 4 weeks of reading with one zoom meeting to process the week’s
reading material before the 2-week in person gathering. There will then be the option for people
to return to their respective location to develop teaching material or stay here on campus
depending on each person’s needs. (price will be adjusted depending on # of weeks on campus.

In this seminar we will explore topics such as human personhood, imago and missio dei, faith &
science, creation care, spheres of influence, sex, sexuality, sexedness, gender, and the Triune God
to give some scope. There will be lectures as well as discussion groups to give ample time for
processing.

The goal of this seminar is to further equip speakers and leaders. This seminar is accredited in
the University of the Nations for 5 credits. Though there are no pre-requisites this will most
serve those already actively leading, speaking, and teaching or those aiming to do so.
