First-Time School Leader's Workshop

This workshop will provide you with the essential skills and knowledge to successfully plan and run your school. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with other leaders, share insights, ask questions, and receive guidance from experienced staff. Together, we’ll explore effective strategies, work with the DTS curriculum, and ensure you’re equipped with the tools to create a strong foundation for your school’s success. This workshop is for those that want to come together with other DTS leaders and work out all the details of designing full learning weeks that reflect the DTS curriculum, the mission, vision, and values of YWAM, and your campus. We will spend 5 days working through every element and outcome of a DTS thoughtfully and intentionally. Don’t miss this chance to connect, learn, and grow alongside fellow leaders!
