This school is designed to deepen your relationship with God and His Word while helping you reflect on how this connection shapes your understanding of His world and His people.

This school is a foundational program that could be your first step into a life of ministry in your local community or overseas.

Community Development School
The Community Development School provides you with an overview of the issues involved in helping communities be transformed towards God’s intentions. It focuses on a Biblical understanding of the root causes of poverty and underdevelopment, and the strategies needed to enable people to overcome the hurdles to their community’s transformation.
Christians have a vital role in facilitating sustainable transformation; seeing communities changed through the restoration of broken relationships between people, between ‘man’ and God, and between ‘man’ and creation, and in demonstrating an integral approach that addresses all areas of life; physical, social, and spiritual. The key is people – transformed hearts, minds, and lives; resulting in transformed communities, societies, and nations.
Testimonials
Coming to dts after only one year of knowing God was the second best decision of my life (after giving my life to Jesus). The lecture phase completely transformed how I viewed God, the world, and my identity. The outreach to Cambodia is something I’ll never forget and was a time where I really saw God moving in my life, my team and the people we met in Cambodia.
DBS is an incredible opportunity that I highly recommend to everyone! Taking three months to dive into the Word and read it aloud is so worthwhile. Through this experience, I’ve grown more confident in my understanding of Scripture and my ability to study and discuss it—something I wouldn’t have gained in the same way if I hadn’t taken the school
CDS was a time to dip deeper in God’s heart and gain a better understanding of what He wants us His children to do. It meant being able to freely talk about what we do wrong without losing hope in our ability to help people in a way that will build them and not break them in the long run.
