Participating in the STS seminar was one of the best decisions I made. STS is great because it helps people move beyond their own assumptions and biases about God and his Word and allows people to see God’s intention for Books of the Bible. The First Time School Leaders Workshop is a great place to work out all of the specific little details that start to pile up into a whole school. The most important and helpful aspect of it was the times of Q+A. There are lots of questions that come with leading a school and having answers provided in an organized and comprehensive way allowed me to feel and know that everything could be figured out even if it is complex.
